In April 2005, GeneMedix and Kryonix entered into a Licence Agreement to enable Kryonix to manufacture and sell Neustim® [GM-CSF] in Russia and the CIS. Financial terms of the deal are not disclosed.
In March 2003, GeneMedix and Antares announced their intention to form a collaboration through which Antares Pharma's current and future injection devices would be used to support GeneMedix's introduction of comparable biopharmaceuticals in certain territories. Specifics of the biopharmaceutical products, territories and future financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
In May 2002, GeneMedix appointed Gland to conduct secondary manufacture of GeneMedix’s products, both for India and for export markets. Gland will carry out specialised manufacturing operations to provide product in presentations such as pre-filled syringes, initially for the Asian market, and for the global market as product approvals are granted.
In October 2001, GeneMedix entered into a Sales and Distribution Agreement with Hovid SDN BhD, one of Malaysia’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, for the three products GM-CSF, EPO and IFN-alfa. Hovid is appointed exclusive distributor for Malaysia and the ASEAN territories, and has been granted the right to use the relevant Company trademarks. Hovid will maintain an appropriate sales force and undertake all local marketing, advertising and promotion of the products.
In a second agreement, dated October 2001, GeneMedix licensed to Hovid the right to conduct filling and packaging operations for GeneMedix’s first three products, namely GM-CSF, EPO and IFN-alfa. The company will be responsible for supply of all bulk products to Hovid, whilst Hovid will be responsible for production of final product.
